WELCOME VENDORS

TO THE 2009 HOTLANTA CAT SHOW!

Our next show will be April 4-5, 2009 at the Farmers Market Exhibition Hall near the Atlanta Airport. It will be our second annual show. We are doing many things to attract a lot of visitors from the public and hope to have at least 1000 visitors. Last year we had about 700 visitors and major newspaper coverage.

We will also have a cat agility ring which should gain a lot of interest from the media and the public.

We have one vendor incentive program still available at the show.

* Returning vendors will get a $10 discount off of the vendor space for next year and a free 1/4 page catalog ad if the contract for next year's show is signed and paid for at this year's show.

Vendors will also get a listing (and a link to the vendor website, if applicable) on a special page of our website as soon as we receive the Vendor Contract and payment. This listing will stay on our website after the show.

There are two Congresses at the show:  Bengal and Northern Lights (Norwegian Forest Cats affectionately known as Wegies, Maine Coons, and Siberians). The Wegies are sponsoring a ring and are holding their 25th anniversary celebration of Championship status and 30 years in the U.S. at Hotlanta Cool Cats 2009!

Household pet owners are encouraged to come and welcome to participate.

The public is cordially invited to visit the show hall during the show hours of 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday and 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Sunday. More information is on the Visitors page. Hotlanta Cool Cats is working hard on publicity for this show!

Click here to download the Vendor Contract for the 2009 Hotlanta show. Spaces are $85 per single space, $145 per double space, or $60 per space for 3 or more contiguous spaces. Each space is 10' x 10' and includes an 8' table and 2 chairs. Access to electrical outlets is an additional $25 (you must bring your own extension cord).
